- BRIGID’S TRIDUUM AT FAUGHART SHRINE 1500 ANNIVERSARY: The Mass at the Oratory :On Tuesday 30th January – 7.30pm and on Wednesday 31st January – 7.30pm with Fr. Anthony Meredith. IC. On Thursday. 1st February – 11am with Bishop Michael Router. Candlelight Procession starting at the summit of Faughart Hill on Thursday, 1st February at 8pm, followed by evening prayer led by Bishop Michael Router. The evening prayer at the Shrine will include a service of light, the lighting of a beacon and an anniversary candle dedicated St Brigid. Please wrap up well. Candles will be provided.

FAREWELL: To The Sisters of St. Louis. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 27th January at 2pm at St. Joseph’s Church, Castletown led by Bishop Micheal Router. Past Pupils, retired staff members and other friends of St. Louis are also invited to visit the convent and secondary school between midday and 1.30pm on the day.
There is a coffee morning in the Mc Eneaneys’ 46 Fatima Park (Eircode A91 X3A8) on Wednesday 31st January from 10am-3pm come along for a cup of tea or coffee in aid of the parish funds.
